8 x 10" For Earth's Sake Print
Limited edition 8 x 10” letterpress print designed to encourage voter participation for the sake of protecting the planet!
Even if someone isn’t interested in or is disillusioned by the current state of politics, most people can at least connect in some way to nature and the Earth we inhabit. Even if many people may not consider themselves “tree-huggers,” most can at least agree that they enjoy soaking up the sun’s rays when they step outside after a day of rain or the flowers blooming along the sidewalk or that wonder & delight in the first snow of the season. Your vote makes a difference! See below to read the full artist statement.

A Note from the Artist:
I created this print to encourage those who may feel disillusioned by the bipartisan politics and don’t feel all too motivated to vote in the 2024 presidential election or in any election for that matter. The saying “For Earth’s Sake” is a play on words of the common saying, “For God’s Sake,” depicting an air of desperation for the need to have high voter participation across all demographics in order to create positive change that reflects the values of any given community.
So this print is asking those folks, who may not feel inspired by any other reason to vote, to vote for the sake of having the ability to enjoy next spring’s flowers, next winter’s snow, the next sunny stroll walking down the street. We cannot take these natural phenomenons for granted and we must make our voices heard in order to protect them for future generations to enjoy too!
I hope you hang this poster in a place where it can be seen by your community to encourage others to cast their vote this year!
